As you know, on July 1 of each year the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires environmental health and safety (EHS) facilities to submit a Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Form R Report. The TRI is a publicly available database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities. Join environmental health and safety expert Joe Keenan as he untangles the complex web of filling out and submitting the TRI Form R Reports. He will also provide you with strategies to determine if a facility falls under the Form R reporting requirement.
After attending this webinar, you will have a better understanding of the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act Toxic Release Inventory Form R reporting, as well as when and how to fill out the proper reporting information.
