This informative session with expert speaker Gail Madison-Brown will provide a refresher on objectives of Medicare’s Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS). You will take a deeper dive in understanding the PQRS requirements, learn who must participate to avoid a negative payment adjustment, as well as the best reporting options available to an eligible professional. You will also get an overview of PQRS quality measures, defining common measures and insight on how an eligible professional reports applicable measures.
In addition, Gail will discuss the significance of satisfactory reporting vs. participation and how to avoid the negative payment adjustment. The session will cover timeline changes and requirements as implemented by Medicare for years 2015 to 2017.
