The business of medicine has the same needs as other fields: the market share, cost of products, and quality must be more than competitors. Join this session, where expert speakers James Dunnick, MD and Robert Dunnick, MBA, will discuss the need for telemedicine, the barriers to implementation and plans to reach goals. James and Robert will also discuss the difference between telehealth and telemedicine.
You will learn how to build practice and hospital volume through telemedicine. The session will examine ways to create provider buy-in, place procedures for telemedicine compliance, and develop planning ideas to overcome potential existing barriers. You will learn how to develop a team to develop, organize, and partner a program.
