Michelle gets providers motivated to become proactive vs reactive with regard to health care compliance. She has successfully built a network of health care attorneys while providing compliance assistance to their clients on Corporate Integrity Agreements or under government radar. She works with independent physician practices, hospitals, hospital-owned physician practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers and third parties in health care across the United States.  She provides on-site Compliance Program implementation by using 7Atlis. Additionally, she performs risk assessments, trains all employees on federal regulations and employer compliance expectations. She helps build necessary control measures to start a culture of compliance and teaches medical organizations how to sustain it.  She also has served as a compliance subject matter expert in high-profile court cases.
